He also has a background and work experience in Actuarial, Real Estate, has served numerous years on the Board of Directors of Investment Companies (AJK Wealth) and Semigovernmental Organisations (CLDC) with an ability of dealing with technical information. He believes that sustainability is key to preserve the earth for future generations.

Demetris Demetriou

External Advisor - Strategist

An experienced Credit Analyst at Schroders in London, with a background in strategic roles at Pragma Consulting, Bloomberg and Sainsbury's, Demetris holds a BA in Economics from the University of Cambridge and an MSc in Management Science and Operational Research from London School of Economics (LSE). His expertise spans credit analysis, strategic project management, and commercial due diligence. As an external advisor, Demetris leverages his extensive experience in financial analysis and strategic development to guide investment decisions mostly in the retail sector, his field of expertise, ensuring robust and informed strategies.

Andreas Vavlitis

A veteran chemical engineer, Andreas hods a BSc in Chemical Engineering from University College London (UCL) with over 40 years of experience, out of which 20 as a Senior Process Engineer for Jacobs Inc., an S&P500 company offering engineering, technical, professional and construction services, as well as scientific and specialty consulting to companies, organizations, and government agencies. Utilizing his experience and skills in project management, process optimization, and large-scale industrial solutions, he ensures successful project execution and sustainable growth.

Ero Demetriou

Ero holds a BSc in Biomedical Sciences from University College London (UCL), an MSc in Clinical Microbiology from Queen Mary University London, and owns a cutting-edge clinical laboratory that delivers advanced diagnostic services. She drives growth in healthcare projects focused on elderly care but also spearheads innovative agricultural initiatives, particularly in pharmaceutical cannabis, ensuring adherence with healthcare Good Manufacturing Practices and strict compliance with government regulations. Her multidisciplinary expertise is instrumental in bridging the gap between science, healthcare, and sustainable agricultural practices.

Maria Andreou

Compliance Manager

Maria, a graduate in Law from the University of Leicester, holds the Bar and is a Senior Associate Lawyer and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, an expert in Corporate, Commercial, IP law, Banking & Finance, cross-border M&A Transactions, Real Estate and Immigration Law. She has developed the standard operating procedures of all businesses we are invested in so as to align with the legal framework and licensing requirements, leveraging her extensive expertise to navigate complex legal landscapes. She also audits our operations and facilities and implements the operational procedures at all sites.

Sofia Christou

Brand Development and Communication

Sofia is responsible for the brand development of all businesses V&Family invests in. She creates visual content and plays a pivotal role in shaping each project's visual identity and promotional strategy, ensuring that all visual materials align with the firm’s objectives and brand values. She is a highly creative and strategic professional with a keen understanding of both video editing and graphic design, crafting visually compelling narratives that communicate the business's investment strategies, successes, and market insights to stakeholders, investors and clients.

Athena Gorše

Administrative Manager

Athena holds an MSc in European Studies from University College London (UCL). She is qualified in Human Resources as well as Quality Management. Athena assists with the administrative and financial aspects of the business as she has a long experience in the semigovernmental sector in both personnel management and auditing. She guides management on HR processes and recruitment as well as document management and control; implementing and auditing as required.
